Our story
Candidates applying for jobs felt like shouting into the void. From recruiters side, posting was easy, but staying on top of applicants, shortlists, and follow-ups quickly became a second job.
Legacy tools were built for compliance and checkboxes. People needed something that respected their time on both sides: a clear path from application to conversation, without a training manual or a six-month rollout.
That gap between how hiring works on paper and how it feels in practice is why Eosord exists.
In the product
We ship, listen, and refine with the people who use the product every week. When a recruiter struggles with a workflow or a candidate can't tell if their application went through, that feedback goes straight into what we build next.
We're a small, hands-on team working tirelessly since January 2026. Every feature (the job board, match scores, EOSlink) comes from real conversations about what gets in people's way.
A name and email is not a profile. Everyone deserves to be seen beyond a résumé.
